A residential furnishing and fit-out contracting firm, a small-to-mid-sized business serving both local and overseas (expat) homeowners.

The Challenge
A large share of the client's customers were based outside the country — Gulf-based expats furnishing apartments back home — and had no reliable way to track progress or communicate with site engineers beyond scattered phone calls and photos.
